The embodyoga™ 200 hour program is a well-rounded, in-depth study of yoga with an emphasis on personal embodiment as the basis for becoming a yoga teacher.
Teacher Training January Classes
embodyoga® 200 hour Teacher Training began January 16. We covered most of Module 1. Next weekend meeting is February 20 and 21.
